There are three seperate major options for your fleshlight sleeve, the color, the orifice, and the texture.

The Color

Fleshlight sleeves are offered in 2 colors, pink and ice. Pink is the standard pink flesh color and ice is simply a clear color. Color is the least important out of the 3 options so just pick whatever you'd prefer.

The Orifice

Fleshlight offers 5 different orifices on its BYO model, the Mouth, Lady, Butt, Stealth and the new Mini-Maid. The first three are pretty self explanatory and should be chosen based on what type of pleasure you are looking for. Stealth is simply a thin veritcal strip and Mini Maid is a more realistic looking *****. This is simply the opening part to the fleshlight, the most of the sensation comes from the next choice. The Texture

Now this is the important part folks, chosing the textture you want. Fleshlights offer a whopping 7 different textures. They are the Original, Vortex, Super Tight, Ultra Tight, Speed Bump, Super Ribbed, and Wonder Wave. I have copied the descriptions given on the Fleshlight website for your ease of reading here:

The Original

3/4" (19mm) diameter canal A smooth inner canal, the perfect introduction to Fleshlight.
